Returns & Exchanges

Here's how returns work at Mahj Obsessed.

Standard items

Items that aren't personalized or part of a Group Crest order can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. To start a return, contact us at orders@mahjobsessed.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your return, we'll issue your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Personalized and Group Crest orders

Because these items are produced on demand specifically for you, they're final sale and can't be returned or exchanged for size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check all customizations for accuracy before completing your order. Your personalized design is visible before you add to cart, and your customization details appear in your cart at checkout.

If your item arrives defective or damaged

This applies to every order, personalized or not. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@mahjobsessed.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If we determine the item needs to be returned, we'll cover the shipping, and we'll offer your choice of a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
