Are personalization and Group Crests included in the price?

Yes. At Mahj Obsessed, Custom Comes Standard™. All personalization and Group Crests are included in the price.

Can I change my personalization after placing an order?

No. Orders move into production quickly and changes should not be expected. In rare cases we may be able to help if you contact us within the first few hours, but we may not see the request in time.

What if I make a typo in my personalization?

Please double-check spelling before placing your order. Items are printed exactly as entered in the personalization field.

Can I use any name or word I want in my customization?

In most cases, yes. However, we reserve the right to decline requests that include offensive, inappropriate, or controversial language, or wording that may violate trademark or copyright protections. All customizations are subject to review and approval.

What is a Group Crest?

A Group Crest lets you add a graphic to the back of any T-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie that includes your Mahjong group name, city, and the year it was founded.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart. You can view the size guides here (link). If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Are your shirts unisex or women’s fit?

Most of our apparel uses a unisex fit designed to be comfortable and flattering for everyone.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Items are made to order, so delivery includes both production and shipping time. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Because each item is made to order, production time may occasionally be slightly longer during busy seasons.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Will my items ship together?

Some items may ship separately because they are produced in different facilities. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Most items are made to order, which means they are produced after you place your order. Orders typically spend a few business days in production before shipping.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final.Because every item is produced on demand, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order enters production. Please double-check all customizations for accuracy before completing your order. Your personalized design will be visible before you add to cart, and your customization details will appear in your cart at checkout.

What if my item arrives defective or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement if needed.
